24 Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy

All-Star Dental LLC has a 24-hour cancellation/ rescheduling policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, you will be charge $25.00 cancellation fee. This policy is in place out of respect to our dental professionals and our patients. Cancellations within less than 24-hour notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule in that particular slot. This payment of $25.00 must be received prior to any further appointments being given. Any co-payments must be received in full AT THE TIME services are rendered. Two cancellations or failure to show to your scheduled appointment two times reserves All-Star Dental the right to terminate treatment.
